You cannot attend a viewing from another country. We go instead, on video, and ask the questions you would not know to ask.
We attend the appointment in person and call you from it, so you see the flat, the street and the building rather than five flattering photographs.
We check the things listings never mention: damp, noise, what the charges actually cover, whether the "5 minutes from campus" is five minutes uphill.
You get the video and a short written note the same day. If it is a bad flat we will say so, which is the entire point.
One viewing per booking. Most students book two or three across a week.
