We attend the inspection with you, with the entry protocol and your photographs in hand, so every mark that was already there stays where it belongs.
Swiss inspections are unusually thorough — inside the oven, behind the fridge, the window runners, the shower seals. An inspector who finds an unprepared tenant finds more.
We check every claimed deduction against the entry record and against normal wear, which the landlord cannot charge you for. Anything we dispute goes on the form before you sign it.
