We co-sign your lease

Swiss agencies want a guarantor who lives and earns here. Most international students do not have one, and that — not the rent — is what loses them the flat.

We sign the lease alongside you, so the agency accepts your file.

We read your file first: proof of funding, your acceptance letter, your bank statements. We do decline applications, and we tell you why.

This is not a deposit guarantee. Your deposit is still yours to pay, up to three months\u2019 rent, blocked in your own name.

Priced on your rent because that is what we are standing behind. A CHF 1,000 room means CHF 3'000.
